Cooking Instructions

Small & Large Lasagna - In a 350° oven, from frozen, small lasagnas will take around 40-45 minutes and large lasagnas will take about 55 minutes.

Arancini - In a 350° oven, bake for 10-12 minutes and serve with our Homemade Pomodoro Sauce.

Mozzarella Fritters - In a 350° oven, bake for 10-12 minutes and serve with our Homemade Pomodoro Sauce.

Haddock Croquettes - In a 350° oven, bake for 10-12 minutes and serve.

Spinach & Artichoke Spread - Thaw overnight, in the fridge. Serve cold or transfer to a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, on 350° for warm spread. 

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Dozen)Pre-heat oven to 350°. In the meantime, let the dough thaw on a baking sheet. When the oven is ready, bake for 10-13 minutes.

Corn ChowderThaw overnight, in the fridge. Heat in a saucepan on medium heat until hot.

Flourless Chocolate CakePlace in the microwave, heat for 30-45 seconds and enjoy! Pairs well with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.

Pastas

Bucatini PastaBring a salted pot of water to a boil. From frozen, add pasta and cook until al dente. (About five minutes)

Rigatoni Pasta - Bring a salted pot of water to a boil. From frozen, add pasta and cook until al dente. (About three to four minutes)

Udon Pasta - Bring a salted pot of water to a boil. From frozen, add pasta and cook until al dente. (About three to four minutes)

Tagliatelle Pasta - Bring a salted pot of water to a boil. From frozen, add pasta and cook until al dente. (About three to four minutes)

Traditional Pork Dumplings

Pan-Fry Method Heat sauce pan on medium heat until hot. Add one tablespoon of canola oil and pan sear the frozen dumplings until brown on the bottom (About three to four minutes). Flip your dumplings and add one tablespoon of water. Place a lid on top to steam for two to three minutes until fully cooked.

Dumpling SoupIn a large pot, heat your soup broth over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add dumplings and bring pot back to a simmer. Cook until dumplings are cooked through (About three to five minutes). We suggest this method with Ramen, Chicken soup or any of your favorite soups that need that something extra!
